The scope of work includes the construction of a new modular RCMP detachment located at Montreal Lake in central Saskatchewan. The project site, which is 1.57 hectares of undeveloped, forested land directly south of Highway 969, will require the development of a one-story detachment building of approximately 850m2 gross building area, a 95m2 outbuilding, along with site and utility improvements, road works, parking, and landscaping.
