Semi-urbanization of the existing gravel Quarry Road from the Quarry Road MacKay Street intersection to the abandoned rail bed, a distance of approximately 225m, including grading, granular base, hot mix paving, culverts, water service extension, and landscape restoration. Sealed tenders are required, plainly marked as to contents. The successful Bidder will be required to file the specified bonds and insurance within ten days of being awarded the Contract. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders. The lowest or any Tender may not necessarily be accepted.
