The City of Pomona (“City”) is soliciting proposals ("Proposals") from qualified Consultants ("Proposers") to provide the City annual services of tree maintenance and emergency response service as needed. The City desires to enter into an Agreement for three (3) years, with two (2) optional one-year extensions. All interested Contractors shall demonstrate that they have sufficient, readily available resources in the form of trained personnel, support services, equipment, and financial resources to carry out the work without delay or shortcomings. The City of Pomona will not be liable for costs incurred by the Contractor’s incidentals for the preparation of proposals or other responses associated with the proposals, if required. All work and/or performed services will be subject to prevailing wage and related requirements.
