The work will be done under one prime contract that includes: General Construction. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work: Admin Ramp, 50 Sherburne Avenue: Concrete repair, installation of supplemental steel supports, waterproof deck-coating, traffic arrows. Centennial Office Building Ramp: Concrete repair, epoxy injection, traffic arrows. 14th Street Ramp: Joint sealant replacement, tee connection repair, supplemental steel bracket, beam ledge repair. Andersen Ramp: Polyurethane deck coating. Ramp F: Traffic arrows, epoxy injection. Question Deadline 05/18/2026 Responding company has completed as a Prime Contractor or as a Subcontractor the work for at least 3 contracts which have achieved Substantial Completion since January 1, 2021, for construction of structural restoration of parking ramps. Each of these contracts MUST have had a construction value of $250,000 or greater. Project Manager and Job Superintendent listed EACH has had at least 5 years of experience with structural restoration of parking ramps similar in scope and value to this project. Each of these contracts must have had construction value of $250,000 or greater. This Project has a 10% Targeted Group, Economically Disadvantaged, Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (TG ED VO) subcontracting goal. This solicitation includes required insurance as recommended for the project's specifications and scope of work.
