Description

Renovation of a water / sewer project in Naples, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

The County is requesting a quote to remove and replace two complete roofs and roof hatches. The hatches are utilized to remove pumps and motors through the roof for maintenance. Contractors will submit a shop drawing on the hatch they propose to use after issuance of the purchase order but before the hatch is ordered. A picture of the hatch is included as part of this request. Contractors are responsible for covering the equipment inside the building, including the electrical cabinets, to ensure no dust or debris enters these critical pieces of equipment. The roof replacements will include all fascia boards. Contractors are also responsible for painting the ceiling and the outside fascia. The County will supply the color, and the contractor will submit a paint sample prior to purchase. Contractor is responsible for all disposal of debris, including the old roof and hatch.
