The scope of the project will include replacement of spare high voltage underground service conductor and pothead, replacement of air circuit breakers and metering within the main switchboards, replacement of power distribution board, addition of temporary generator connection cabinet and automatic transfer switch and replacement of transformer T1 bushing gasket. Note that this project scope is anticipated to impact known asbestos containing materials and the successful bidder will be required to carry a certified abatement contractor as well as an environmental consultant to supervise all impacts to asbestos.
