Mass grading and embankment for new corporate hangar campus, construct asphalt taxiway, ramp, perimeter road, and landside access road, municipal watermain, sanitary sewer main, and lift station construction, drainage improvements, permanent stormwater filtration basin construction, pavement marking, taxiway edge lighting and signage, perimeter security fencing, and turf restoration Major items and approximate quantities include: Schedule 1 - Corporate Hangar Site Development: unclassified excavation (70,000 CY), subbase course (8,700 CY), 12" cement treated subgrade (9,120 SY), crushed aggregate base course (3,050 CY), asphalt pavement (3,400 TON), furnish and install 8-foot high black vinyl coated chain link fence with barbed wire (1,450 LF), RCP storm sewer (12"-48", 1,670 LF), seeding and turf restoration (21.1 ACRE), topsoil respread (21.1 ACRE), No. 8 AWG 5kV cable in conduit (6,400 LF), No. 6 AWG bare copper counterpoise wire (2,800 LF), electrical conduit (5,055 LF), LED medium intensity taxiway edge lights (18 EA). Schedule 2 - Utility Extension: 8" PVC SDR 35 sewer pipe (2,400 LF), 4' diameter sanitary manholes (10 EA), 4" PVC C-900 force main pipe (1,725 LF), sanitary lift station (2 EA), 12" DIP watermain (3,000 LF), 8" DIP watermain (1,560 LF), ductile iron watermain fittings (4,000 LB), hydrants (12 EA), rock excavation (2,400 CY), sand cushion (1,300 CY).
