Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Billings, Montana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The project consists of the reconstruction of 11th Avenue South in the Billings South Side Triangle, from west of South 29th Street to the west side of South 27th Street. Work includes full depth reconstruction of the existing street, removal and replacement of asphalt pavement and crushed base course, removing portions of existing concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk, accessible ramps, and approaches, and replacing or installing new concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk, accessible ramps, approaches, and storm drain infrastructure. Other items include landscape restoration, pavement markings, and street signage. CONTRACTOR and subcontractors bidding or doing work must be registered with the Montana Department of Labor and Industry. All laborers and mechanics employed must be paid wages as required by the laws of Yellowstone County and the state of Montana. The CONTRACTOR must ensure non-discrimination in hiring. Each bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid. Successful BIDDERS must provide a Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount, and required insurance certificates. Bids submitted via email must include a scanned bid bond; mailed or hand-delivered bids must include a bid security. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled bid opening. The right is reserved to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities, to postpone the award, and to accept the lowest responsive and responsible bid in the best interest of the OWNER.
