Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Jefferson, Wisconsin. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a industrial development.
The City of Jefferson is planning the development of a new Public Works Facility to support current and future operational needs, replacing or supplementing existing facilities to improve efficiency for public works operations. The project is anticipated to include vehicle storage and maintenance bays, office and administrative space, equipment and material storage, salt storage and site infrastructure improvements, supporting utilities, site access, and circulation. The facility will be designed for durability, operational efficiency, and long-term flexibility, with consideration for energy-efficient systems and materials. The project will be staged to maintain functionality of the existing site while preparing the new site. The City is seeking Statements of Qualifications from Construction Management firms to provide Construction Manager at Risk services in collaboration with the City and its Architect Engineer team. The selected firm will provide comprehensive services during pre-construction, construction, and post-construction phases, including design coordination, cost estimating, scheduling, bid package preparation, construction management, cost and schedule control, quality assurance, project closeout, record drawings, staff training coordination, and warranty services.
