Grounds maintenance services are required at the Ogden IRS Service Center located at 1160 West 1200 South, Ogden, UT 84404, which borders 1200 South and 1200 West in Ogden, Utah. The contractor must provide all management, supervision, administration, labor, quality control, expertise, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, and transportation necessary to fulfill the contract at the highest quality, ensuring effective and timely performance of all services described. The work will require operating in various weather conditions. The contractor must coordinate, communicate, and report to the Contracting Officer's Representative at all times. Detailed requirements are in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Bidders must submit proposals electronically in PDF format, single spaced, with a 12-point font minimum, and limit the technical proposal to two pages. Proposals should demonstrate understanding of the requirement, staffing approach, equipment availability, quality control measures, and ability to meet the performance schedule. Include a completed pricing schedule for all CLINs and provide recent past performance details. Only eligible SDVOSB offerors will be considered.
