The City of Pompano Beach is seeking bids for Water Treatment Plant Improvements Phase 1, specifically for Deep Injection Well IW-2, DZMW-1R, and DZMW-1 Plugging and Abandonment (SRF). The intent is to secure firm, fixed pricing and establish a term contract for well maintenance for Water Utilities. Bidders must be registered on the City's eBid System to access solicitation documents and respond. All responses must be submitted electronically via the eBid System by the specified due date. All communications regarding the solicitation must go through the eBid System or the assigned Purchasing Agent. Contact with other City employees or officials concerning the solicitation is prohibited and may disqualify a bidder. Information amending any part of the solicitation is only valid if issued as an Addendum via the eBid System. Late bids will not be accepted.
