Proposals are invited for the redevelopment of property located in the 25th and Campbell PIEA Area at the Southwest corner of 25th and Campbell, Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri. The property includes: 2500 Campbell (North 35 Feet of Lot 27 and all of Lots 28 and 29, Block 2, Resurvey of Blocks 2 and 3, Continuation of J. L. Porter's Second Subdivision) and 2526 Campbell (Lots 23-26, and the South 25 feet of Lot 27, Block 2, Resurvey of Blocks 2 and 3, Continuation of J. L. Porter's Second Subdivision). Instructions to bidders: Proposals must include a narrative statement describing the proposed development, an architect's perspective, drawing or illustrative site plans or sketches, the estimated time for development, and a statement of the developer's legal and financial qualifications to undertake and complete the proposed development.
