Architect/Engineer's Name: Thompson & Litton, 726 Auburn Avenue, Radford, Virginia 24141. 1. 16472 Gypsy Hill Park Bathroom Renovation The Project consists of the renovation of two restrooms and new construction of one restroom facility. 2. 17678 Montgomery Hall Park Restroom Renovation and Pool House Addition The Project consists of the renovation of two restrooms and new construction of one restroom facility addition at the pool house . 3. 17679 Gypsy Hill Park Pump House Renovation The Project consists of the removal of a previous addition to the original Pump House and the construction of a new addition with new toilet facilities and office. Project includes reinforcement of structural floor joists and floor repair. Question Deadline 05/22/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be submitted to the Architect on the Pre-Bid Question Form provided herein.
