This project may contain Federal Funds. The Complexity Factor for this project is 0. The Consultant who is selected for this project and all Subconsultants the Prime Consultant will be using are scheduled to attend an initial meeting on July 23, 2026, at 9:00 AM at the Region One/District One Office in Schaumburg. Phase III engineering services are required to provide construction engineering for subject project. The project primarily consists of a bridge superstructure replacement and widening of Oak ParkAvenue over I-80 to accommodate increased shoulder widths and the addition of a shared pedestrian path in Tinley Park, IL. Additional project scope includes replaced approach slabs, continuation of the new shared use pedestrian path, removal and installation of new guardrail, striping, drainage improvements, and any other work necessary to complete the project. The following structure is included in this project, S.N. 016-0927: Oak Park over I-80. The Prime firm must be prequalified in the Special Services (Construction Inspection) category to be considered for this project. Statements of Interest, including resumes of only the key people noted above, must be submitted electronically to the Central Bureau of Design and Environment through the Engineering Prequalification and Agreement System (EPAS).
