Description

Site work and paving for a road / highway in West Union, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Sealed bids are being accepted for Adams County Asphalt Leveling. Each bidder must provide a Bid Guaranty or Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code, and bid security must be issued by a surety company licensed in Ohio. Proposals should include the full name of the submitting party and all interested persons, as well as evidence of experience with projects of similar size and complexity. Contractors and sub-contractors must use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor as much as practicable and comply with prevailing wage rates as determined by the Ohio Department of Industrial Relations. Compliance with equal employment opportunity requirements per Ohio Administrative Code, Chapter 13, and executive orders is mandatory. Bid packages can be obtained from The Adams County Engineer's Office. The right to waive irregularities and reject any and all bids is reserved. Bids must be marked accordingly.
