Site work for a water / sewer project in Rochester, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work consists generally of storm sewer rehabilitation for the J6747, 2026 Catch Basin Rehabilitation Project. The work includes the following approximate quantities: removal of curb & gutter (1,854 LF), removal of bituminous pavement (3,708 SF), aggregate base class 5 (93 CY), casting assembly (4 each), adjusting frame & ring casting (67 each), reconstructing drainage structure (33 each), constructing drainage structure design special (1 each), 6" concrete driveway replacement (80 SY), site restoration type 3 (515 SY), and an alternate for bituminous patching mix (46 CY). Bidders must become registered plan holders by creating an account at online and are responsible for downloading all documents and addendums. Only registered plan holders may bid. Each bid must be accompanied by a cash deposit, bid bond, cashier's check or certified check payable to the City of Rochester, Minnesota, for at least 5% of the bid amount. This sum may be forfeited as liquidated damages if the successful bidder fails to enter into the contract. The Common Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
