Renovation of an educational facility in Regina, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 22,025-square-foot educational facility.
The work will include for the removal of approximately 22,025 ft2 (2,048 m2) of existing BUR roof system and the installation of a new SBS, roof system. The Work is anticipated to begin on June 29, 2026; the completion date is December 15, 2026. Electronic Copies of the Tender Documents will be posted to SaskTenders. This project is being professionally managed on behalf of Regina Catholic School Division by RMIS. Question Deadline 05/25/2026 Bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents shall submit a written request to the Consultant at least 3 days prior to the Bid Date.
