Removal, haul-off, and replacement of existing exterior light poles and lights at Fire Station #1. Interested bidders shall submit SEALED BIDS for supplying the labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the removal and haul off of existing light poles and attached lights, and replacement with new lighting as specified in this request and any clean-up following construction completion. SEALED BIDS shall include demolition and construction as specified in this specification. Potential bidders shall also address the following issues in their proposal: o Financial Terms o Terms for Delivery and Set-up o Warranty and Service Agreements Please provide pricing on the following scope of work: 1. Remove and dispose of existing light poles and attached lights 2. Supply and install new light poles and attached lights 3. All poles and lights used shall be ABL-Lithonia Lighting 4. Light poles used shall be painted Dark Bronze over galvanized finish, no maintenance finish. Final finish shall be selected by the District prior to the successful bidder placing the order. 5. All disposal fees and trucking will be covered in this proposal Special Note: The light pole on the Northwest corner of the parking lot will be replaced with a light pole as specified herein and the existing spotlights will not be replaced with new spotlights.
