Delta Hospital Energy Centre Upgrade project. TIMELINE: Request for Proposals is underway, inviting proposals from qualified consultants to undertake services for the project. Further update in early fall 2026, pending selection of a preferred proponent. *Only Electrical Engineering firms prequalified by the Authority for Acute Care Projects over $1 Million are eligible. Proposals from firms not prequalified for Electrical Engineering for Acute Care Projects over $1 Million will not be considered. Sub-Consultants for Architectural services must be from the Authority's PRE-QUALIFIED ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES list. Sub-Consultants for Mechanical, Structural, Civil, and Telecommunication (RCDD) disciplines must be from the Authority's Pre-Qualified Professional Engineers list. Further details about the project and services are in Appendix 'A'. The pre-qualification lists for architects and engineers may be viewed at the Fraser Health website: https://www.fraserhealth.ca/about-us/business-opportunities/.
