The work to be performed is the installation of conduit, wiring, pole bases, and street lights for 65th Ave, 68th Ave, E-470 Service Road B, and Road A. Bids must be made on the forms provided, enclosed in a sealed envelope endorsed with the Bidder's name. A Bid Bond equal to ten percent (10%) of the total Bid amount is required and will be retained as liquidated damages if the Successful Bidder fails to enter into a Contract. Bidders must supply a list of Subcontractors providing $10,000 or more in labor and/or materials. Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Payment Bond for the full Contract Price will be required of the Successful Bidder. Bidders agree to keep their Bids open for sixty (60) days. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, waive any informality, technicality, or irregularity, disregard non-conforming or non-responsive Bids, negotiate terms with the Successful Bidder, require statements of qualifications, and accept the proposal it deems in its best interest. The bidding period may be extended by Addendum .
