The Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Removal of existing membrane roofing system, insulation, cant strips and tapered edges, and metal flashings. 2. Removal of existing asphalt shingles and any underlayment and/or sheathing at pitched roofs. 3. Removal and replacement of existing roof accessories. 4. Removal and replacement of deteriorated roof decking and wood blocking. 5. Removal and replacement of existing roof drains and related piping and insulation. 6. Provision and installation of EPDM membranes, underlayment, and flat and tapered insulations. 7. Provision and installation of new flashings, caps, fasciae, and other trim metal work as detailed and specified, including new gutters, collection boxes, downspouts, and scuppers. 8. Provision and installation of new asphalt shingles on composite vented nailable deck. 9. Offsite disposal of all removed materials.
