The Project includes the following Work: Base Bid Project Description: Removal and restoration of site amenities at the Do dge County Annex Building. Including but not limited to removal of retaining walls concrete sidewalk and concrete stairs, construct a new concrete patio, construction of new limestone retaining walls on site, reconstruction of portion of existing retaining wall using salvaged concrete modular block from site, removal and repair of concrete sidewalk portion, general excavation and grading, landscaping and erosion control.. B. Deduct Alternate 1 Shall include the removal of all planting material from the base bid of the project. Note: mulch and seeding is not included in the deduct alternate. C. Contract Scope: Construction, demolition, and renovation. D. Contract Terms: Lump sum (fixed price, stipulated sum).
