Flooring maintenance services for the Tuscaloosa VA Medical Center, consisting of commercial flooring contractor work under NAICS 238330 to support the maintenance of office and facility building flooring systems. Services are to be provided on an all-or-none basis in accordance with FAR Part 12 streamlined procedures for commercial services, with evaluation conducted using comparative evaluation methods to determine acceptability and price reasonableness in the best interest of the Government. The requirement is set aside 100 percent for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses and is limited to verified SDVOSB firms registered in SAM with complete representations and certifications.
