PSEG Long Island, acting on behalf of the Long Island Power Authority, is seeking proposals to procure up to 685 MW of Capacity or Capacity and Energy from one or more generating facilities located within the JCPL LDA or EMAAC load zones of the PJM Control Area. Respondents can propose a higher amount of Capacity, up to the nameplate Capacity of the Project, if it would result in improved pricing, and must provide pricing for both 685 MW and the higher amount. The Service Term is from June 1, 2030 to October 31, 2039. The Capacity must be eligible to qualify as Locational Installed Capacity for Long Island (Zone K) under applicable NYISO Rules.
