As of July 06, 2026, no bids were received. No definite date for the rebid. Five Rivers MetroParks will receive electronic qualifications for the design-build 2026 Bridge Replacement Package Project. The qualification submittals will be reviewed and three design-build teams will be shortlisted. Those shortlisted teams will be provided additional program and project details during the Request for Proposal phase. The qualification requirements and a sample of future bid and contract documents are available online. The Design-Build Team Qualification Submittal Package must meet the requirements established by the RFQ. Failure to meet an RFQ requirement may render a team's submittal non-responsive. The extent to which a team meets or exceeds the evaluation criteria will be determined by the Owner's Evaluation Team and will be reflected in the scoring and ranking of the submittal. Submit qualification packages via email as directed in the package.
