Perform tree and brush removal, limb removal, and stump grinding services as designated and marked for cutting and removal by the Chief District Engineer or their representative. All trees are to be cut to within three inches of the ground line and all debris, including stumps and limbs, must be removed from the site and disposed of off the rights-of-way. Herbicide stump treatment must be applied within one hour upon cutting of tree. Tree diameters are to be determined by the average diameter of the tree trunk measured two feet above the base. All work must keep the premises free from accumulation of waste materials and, upon completion, all debris shall be removed from the site. Stump grinding is to a depth of twelve inches below ground level, with all wood chips and disturbed soil leveled in place unless otherwise directed. All limb removal shall comply with Class II Pruning Standards of the National Arborist Association, with cuts just outside the branch collar. Maintain and control traffic as outlined in the Terms and Conditions. Bidders must submit bids for all line items to be considered responsive.
