Sealed bids are requested for the 2025 Bond Issue project B - High School Reroofing at 704 W Date St., Okemah, OK 74859. The Owner will use the general contractor method, accepting a single bid for all required work. Work must be completed according to the schedule in the Construction Documents, which are available for inspection by appointment and may be obtained from the Architect in electronic format at no cost, or in printed form with a refundable deposit. Bidders must submit proposals in a sealed envelope marked with the bid name and opening time, including executed Non-Collusion and Business Relationship Affidavits. With the proposal, a Bidders Bond equal to five percent (5%) of the largest combination of the Base Proposal and all Alternates is required, in the form of an irrevocable letter of credit, cashiers check, or bid bond on an Oklahoma bank. Cash is not acceptable. Bids may not be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after opening. The successful bidder must provide Performance, Statutory, and Maintenance Bonds, and proof of Public Liability and Workers Compensation Insurance within sixty (60) days of contract award. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informality or irregularity in received bids. Interested parties should arrange site visits and document reviews through prior appointment, and not visit the site without arrangements.
