Sewer line hydro jetting and cabling services to support continuous and reliable wastewater system operations. The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, permits, and waste disposal necessary to perform preventive and corrective maintenance of sewer, grease, storm, and waste lines. Services include scheduled quarterly hydro-jetting and camera inspections of cleanouts, floor drains, grease traps, main sewer lines, storm drains, cooling tower drains, sinks, and kitchen and warehouse systems, primarily performed after normal working hours. The scope also includes 24/7 emergency response for blockages, snaking, cabling, plunging, unclogging, and system restoration, with strict response time requirements. Work must incorporate odor control, site cleanup, safety compliance, system testing and commissioning, detailed service reporting, and coordination to minimize impact to patient care. The contractor is responsible for maintaining safe work practices, complying with OSHA, NFPA, VA safety requirements, and providing all documentation, incident reporting, and invoicing in accordance with contract requirements.
