Construction of the Wastewater Treatment Plant - Equipment Only Serving Seven Springs. WCO PERMIT No. WQ0016628001 The deadline to ask questions is 5/14/2026 5:00 PM CDT The Project, of which the Work under the Contract Documents is a part, is generally described as follows: The Seven Springs wastewater treatment plant site is approximately 7.5 miles northeast of downtown Celina, 6.3 miles southwest of Van Alstyne, and 10.5 miles north of McKinney, Texas on Weston Ridge Trail north of FM 455 in Collin County. This "Equipment Only" bid consists of three (3) items of equipment which will be fabricated, delivered, installed, started and commissioned by the manufacturer, supplier, or a factorytrained field representative. The items of equipment include: 1. 150,000 gallons per day wastewater treatment plant as described in Special Specifications Section 11506 of the Contract Documents. 2. 400,000 gallons per day cloth media disk filter as described in Special Specifications Section 11509 of the Contract Documents. 3. 400,000 gallons per day chlorine contact basin as described in Special Specifications Section 11508 of the Contract Documents.
