Bidders desiring further information or further interpretation of any part of the Contract Documents are hereby obligated to submit a written request via email to rfrench@benchmarkengr.net for such information to Engineer not less than seven (7) calendar days before the Bid opening. This project will consist of supply and installation of electrical equipment, conduits and programing at the Fort Bend County M.U.D. 57 water plant and wastewater treatment plant site per plans and specifications. Contractor shall coordinate work with Project Engineer which is Benchmark Engineering Corp. Contractor shall be responsible for keeping streets clean at all times. Any spills or cleanups shall be performed by the contractor at the contractor's expense. Contractor shall be responsible for providing a construction schedule prior to starting construction. Contractor shall refer to SIB portion of the construction manual for additional instructions. Contractor shall fill in list of sub-contractors portion of the bid. The Project is located in Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 57's water plant is of off Junction Bend Lane while the wastewater treatment plant is of off Longmont Hills Lane, both in Pine Mills Ranch area, west of Spring Green Blvd and south of Pine Mill Ranch in Katy, Texas. This project involves the construction of proposed electrical and control improvements at Water Plant No. 1 and Wastewater Treatment Plant.
