Reference Number 0000321119 The RFP is an invitation to submit offers for everything required including all skilled labour, tools, materials, equipment for exterior window washing services for 105+ buildings, including student residences on Westerns main campus, as well as various buildings off-site (e.g. Brescia, Research Park, Collider, WINDEEE, Fraunhofer, ICFAR, ESW, etc.)The buildings have many diverse purposes and vary in physical structure, as further described herein. Although this RFP is facilitated specifically for Facilities Management, other Western faculties or departments may be interested in the services offered in the future. As such, it is expected the successful Proponent will provide the services of this RFP to all Western faculties and departments.Due to building/construction, location, or other various factors the scheduled interval of window washing may change for some buildings. For example, Western wont wash a buildings windows if there is construction happening next door. We may also choose not to wash a buildings windows after a few years, if the condition is still favorable. The term of the Agreement is to be for a period of three (3) years, with an option in favour of Western to extend the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for up to two (2) additional one (1) year terms.
