The Delaware River Port Authority invites proposals for the purchase and delivery of one hundred and fifteen (115) Ameristar Aegis II Invincible Panels and Accessories at the Walt Whitman Bridge Facility with no substitutions permitted. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder based on the overall lowest price submitted, in accordance with the specified general conditions, special provisions, and specifications using the estimated quantities provided. All proposals must comply with the stated requirements, including completion and submission of a Political Contribution Form and Certification. Proposals must be submitted electronically in PDF format via the SAP Ariba Network; faxed, emailed, or hard copies will not be accepted. Suppliers must register on the Ariba Network and complete the Authority's supplier registration questionnaire to participate.
