The Educational Purchasing Interlocal Cooperative at Region 6 (EPIC6) seeks proposals for Grounds / Turf Maintenance - Supplies, Equipment, Services on an as-needed basis for the period from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2031. The intention is to contract with reliable, high-performance vendors to supply products and services to public agencies and certain non-profit organizations. Any goods or services related to grounds maintenance will be considered. This is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) solicitation, which will result in agreements that provide an indefinite quantity of supplies/services during a fixed period of time to EPIC6 Members. There is no specific project or scope of work to review; rather, this is a prospective award for use when any EPIC6 Member needs goods or services during the agreement's life. Awarded vendors must agree to extend contract pricing and terms to all members, current and future. Cooperative members are not required to purchase from awarded vendors. Agreements will be awarded on a multi-vendor basis to best serve cooperative members' needs. Proposals must meet a minimum evaluation score of 70 points, based on factorsincluding price, availability, and delivery.
