The Educational Purchasing Interlocal Cooperative at Region 6 (EPIC6) seeks proposals for Building Materials on an "as needed" basis for the period from July 1, 2026 thru June 30, 2031. The intention is to contract with reliable, high performance vendors to supply products and services to public agencies and certain non-profit organizations. Any goods, or non-construction services related to building materials will be considered. This solicitation is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) solicitation, resulting in agreements that provide an indefinite quantity of supplies or services during a fixed period to EPIC6 Members. There is no specific project or defined scope of work; rather, the solicitation serves as a prospective award for use when any EPIC6 Member needs goods or services during the life of the agreement. Vendors awarded must agree to extend contract pricing and terms to all current and future members. EPIC6 will be awarding agreements on a multi-vendor basis to best serve the needs of its Cooperative members, with awards based on evaluation criteria such as price, availability, and delivery. Awarded vendors will be designated as "approved vendor(s)" with the Cooperative and its members. Any reference to bid, Request for Proposal (RFP), or Competitive Sealed Proposal (CSP) should be interpreted as the designated legal methods of procurement under TEC 44.031(a)(3). This is a Request for Proposal as defined in Texas Education Code Chapter 44.
