Site work and paving for a road / highway in Trafalgar, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
This project includes asphalt milling, HMA patching, HMA surface paving, concrete curb and curb ramp replacement, and pavement markings on approximately 3.1 miles of various streets throughout the Town of Trafalgar. All work must be performed per the latest INDOT Standard Specifications and specifications included with the Bid Packet. A complete list of street segments, lengths, widths, pay items, quantities, and other detailed information is provided on the Detailed Bid Form for the 2026 Paving Program as part of the Bid Packet. Bids are to be submitted in proper form as described in the Instructions to Bidders included in the Bid Packet. Each bidder must file with its sealed bid a Non-Collusion Affidavit, Questionnaire Form 96 of the State Board of Accounts, a cashier's check or certified check or Bid Bond for 5% of the total bid, an Employee Drug Testing Program Affidavit and written plan for projects estimated at $150,000 or more, and a completed Detailed Bid Form spreadsheet. For bids of $200,000 or more, the successful bidder must furnish performance and payment bonds for 100% of the Contract Price prior to contract execution. Bidders must meet all requirements for equal employment under Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act as amended.
