Sealed bids are requested for the 2026 C-hallway / administration area roofing project, covering approximately 16,500 sq ft of Duro-Last single ply membrane roof. Bids must be submitted in an opaque envelope clearly marked with the project name and the time and date of the bid opening. Bidders must meet all applicable city, state, and federal requirements. Each bid must include bid security in the amount of the total bid (cashier's check, certified check, or surety bond). The successful bidder must submit a performance bond for the total bid amount and provide proof of approved workers compensation and liability insurance as required by state statutes. The Board of Education reserves the right to waive formalities and irregularities, reject any or all bids, and accept any bid considered advantageous. Bids may not be withdrawn within 30 days after opening. Bids received more than ninety-six hours before or after the set opening time will not be considered and will be returned unopened.
