Sealed bids are requested for "Airfield Pavement Rehabilitation" at the Pageland Airport. All contractors must have appropriate licenses required by state laws for their trade. Bidding documents can be examined on specified plan rooms' websites and obtained from Richa Graphics. All bid documents are non-refundable, and bidders must be listed on the Plan Holders' List held by Richa Graphics to receive bid documents. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check payable to the Town of Pageland for five percent (5%) of the total base bid. Performance and labor and material payment bonds are required. Bids must remain valid for one hundred twenty (120) days after the closing time. The Town of Pageland reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive technical defects. Proposals must be sealed, addressed to the Town Administrator, and marked with the project name, contractor's name, address, and SC license number on the envelope.
