Site Visits Available April 20, 2026 - May 1, 2026 Due date to submit written questions - May 1, 2026 Due date for answers to written questions May 8, 2026 Anticipated Award Date June 12, 2026 Project Implementation Date July 1, 2026 Submit any questions requesting clarification of information contained in this Bid Solicitation in writing via email or Beacon The AGFC is seeking qualified contractors to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and additional permits (AGFC has already obtained the 401, 404, STAA , and all required Environmental Clearances) necessary for the construction of one new bridge crossing and associated approaches on property owned by the Roberta Pearl Box Family Trust in Madison County, Arkansas. The road and crossing are not public, they are privately owned. AGFC has a Stream Restoration Agreement with the owner. This crossing spans a single stream segment where AGFC has implemented ongoing stream restoration and aquatic habitat improvement projects. The contractor shall also be responsible for providing a bridge design that meets the specifications outlined in this RFP; full engineered drawings are not required. However, the contractor must furnish a practical and structurally sound design suitable for the site and intended load capacity. The owner of the road and crossings has right to inspection and approval that specifications have been met. *See Attachment I in the Response Packet for reference photos of the crossings to be replaced* The work associated with this project shall be divided into three (3) phases. Contractors shall provide itemized pricing for each phase and each sub-item listed. AGFC reserves the right to award phases independently and may elect to self-perform a portion based on pricing and operation considerations. Phase 1: Notching and removal of the existing crossing Phase 2: Design and construction of new crossing Phase 3: Completion of approaches and associated erosion mitigation The site is located within private property off of County Road 2035 approximately 2 miles East of the City of Huntsville in Madison County, Arkansas.
