The City of Plano is soliciting a Construction Manager-at-Risk for the Plano Police Training Center, with an estimated project value of $42,000,000. Questions must be submitted electronically through IonWave. The preferred method for proposal submission is electronically through IonWave. Alternatively, bids/proposals may be delivered in person on Mondays and Wednesdays between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. at the City of Plano Procurement Division, 1520 K Avenue, Plano, TX 75074. The person delivering must call (972) 941-7557 upon arrival and wait in the lobby for receipt. All responses must be submitted prior to the published closing date and time; no late responses will be accepted. Bids/proposals will be opened and offeror names read at City Hall. Tabulations should be available through IonWave within 48 hours of opening. For time-critical deliveries, electronic or in-person submission is recommended, as US mail delivery is not guaranteed by the closing date.
