Sealed bids are requested for the supply of the following items for the 2026-2027 fiscal year: crushed stone, corrugated metal galvanized pipe, plastic pipe, plant mix, road oil, snow/ice removal, fuel, chip and seal, and salt. Bidders must use the provided bid form, available from the Barren County Judge/Executive's Office. Item quality must meet or exceed specified standards, and bids must state the per-unit price for the entire fiscal period, including all required taxes. Bids should be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the specific items. Partial bids covering only some items are permitted. The awarding body may accept all or part of any bid, or re-advertise for any item before making an award. Bids will be evaluated, and the right is reserved to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
