In general, the project consists of a exterior Historic Restoration of approximately 15,500 square feet Historic Boise Depot Improvement Project is seeking prequalified contractors to perform exterior Historic Restoration work aimed at preserving the structure's architectural integrity. The scope includes: Installation of scaffolding for full building access; repair and restoration of existing stucco; rehabilitation of historic window and door millwork and casework; roofing repairs; and restoration of stone and structural masonry. Additional work includes selective framing, drywall, and plaster repairs, followed by interior and exterior painting.
