The contractor shall provide installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of commercial HVAC systems at government facilities such as offices, libraries, recreation centers, detention centers, holding cells, and related law enforcement facilities. The provision of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Systems preventive maintenance, repair, and installation services will be for County owned and leased facilities under a combination "Firm Fixed Price" and "Time and Materials" contract. Quarterly maintenance for specified facilities will be on a Firm Fixed Price basis, while all other services, including emergency repairs, troubleshooting, out-of-cycle maintenance, and on-call services, will be performed on a Time and Materials basis. Bidders must submit bid submissions electronically and include all signed amendments if issued. The PMMD-65 Minority, Female, Disabled Persons Subcontractor Performance Plan is mandatory as part of the submission.
