Site work for a civil project in New Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work comprises the installation of approximately 2,100 feet of 2” waterline, 1,800 feet of 4" waterline, 1,100 feet of 6" waterline, 400 feet of 6" waterline, 5,200 feet of 8" waterline, and 1,200 feet of 10" waterlines, including fire hydrants and appurtenances. The water treatment plant work consists of inclined plate settlers, filter media, and equipment change outs, conforming to the requirements of the contract documents. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond in an amount not less than 5 percent of the Bid total, payable to the Owner. Bidders must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including non-discrimination, federal wage determinations, and the solicitation and documentation of Disadvantaged Business Enterprises. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any or all bids.
