Sealed proposals are requested for the furnishing, delivery, and/or installation of ceiling tiles and materials for Camden County College. Prices must include all freight, handling, and delivery charges. Bids must adhere strictly to the provided specifications, and only qualified bids will be accepted. For equipment requiring installation, compliance with the N.J. Prevailing Wage Act is mandatory. Proposals must use the bid form included with the specifications and be accompanied by bid security if required. Bidders must comply with Affirmative Action requirements and provide business disclosure as set out by applicable laws. There is a 25% Small Business Set-Aside goal for this contract. The College reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and make awards in its best interest. Bids may be awarded on the basis of individual items or groups.
