The City of Alpharetta is accepting proposals from contractors for trenchless stormwater systems rehabilitation. The city anticipates entering into an on-call contract with up to two contractors (one each for CIPP and Spincast) for a period of up to one year, with four optional one-year renewals for this pipe lining work. One contractor will be selected for cured-in-place pipe lining (CIPP) and one for spincast pipe lining. Offerors should only submit one proposal and must indicate within the proposal if they are proposing to provide CIPP, Spincast, or both. The city currently has identified over 500 pipes that need repair, with additional pipes added each year based on inspections and investigations. No minimum guarantee of work is inferred with these contracts, as work plans and capital budgets are determined annually based on citywide needs and demands.
