Demolition, site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Mansfield, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The scope of work consists of the removal of existing metal bridges and installation of either a reinforced concrete bridge structure or an alternative multi-plate structural drainage system, and sidewalk construction.
