Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Ocala, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a 7,800-square-foot municipal facility; service station / car wash facility; and pre-engineered storage facility.
The project consists of a new 7,800-square-foot Utility Operations Building (Bldg. A), a Covered Fuel Depot (Bldg. B), and a Pre-engineered Metal Pole Barn (Bldg. D) on a 7.5-acre site. The overall project scope includes but is not limited to: earthwork, underground utilities, paving, landscaping, fencing, concrete, masonry, structural steel, roofing, sealants, fireproofing, doors, frames & hardware, overhead doors, windows, storefront, gypsum wallboard assemblies, acoustical ceilings, sealed concrete flooring, resilient and tile flooring, painting, signage, visual display & marker boards, toilet accessories and division 10 specialties, lockers, aluminum canopies, residential food service specialties, shelving, modular cubicle and other (FF&E) furnishings, casework, pre-engineered metal building, fire sprinklers, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and low voltage/technology systems. GMP 1 for the Early Procurement Bid Package has already been procured for all site work and for equipment including the Main Distribution Switchboard and panelboards (procurement only). The complete Fuel Depot, Diesel Generator & Transfer Switches were also furnished and installed as part of GMP 1. This bid is for GMP 2, which covers the remaining scopes/trades, including the installation only of the Main Distribution Switchboard and panelboards (furnished by others).
