General Contractor Geriatric Clinic. The El Paso County Hospital District d/b/a University Medical Center of El Paso is requesting sealed proposals for a General Contractor for the Geriatric Clinic. RFP packets may be downloaded from the University Medical Center Procurement Portal or the web page. Proposals must be received by the UMC El Paso Purchasing Department by the specified deadline. Proposals will be publicly opened on the specified date and time. Please follow instructions on the RFP document regarding delivery of proposals.
