The Town of Halton Hills invites qualified and experienced Contractors to submit a tender to provide snow clearing services including plowing and salting at the Town’s two arenas: Mold-Masters SportsPlex located at 221 Guelph St., Halton Hills (Georgetown) ON, and Acton Arena located at 451 Queen St. East, Halton Hills (Acton) ON. These facilities are used by the public and staff, and it is imperative that snow removal be executed in a manner to allow safe access to these buildings. All Vendors must have a Bidding System vendor account and be registered as a plan taker at the provided online portal for this RFT, which will enable them to download the RFT, receive addenda notifications, download addenda, and submit their Tenders electronically through the Bidding System. Bid document preview, bid opportunity, and award notices are available on the site free of charge. Suppliers do not need to register to preview unsecured bid documents, but registration is required for secured documents or to participate in the opportunity. To download secured documents or participate, a subscription plan or Pay-Per-Bid access may be necessary.
