This Request for Tender is an invitation by The Regional Municipality of Niagara to prospective bidders to submit bids for the Stanley Avenue Bridge Utility Works, in the City of Niagara Falls. Prospective bidders are highly recommended to thoroughly review the RFT document, as several sections have recently been revised, specifically in the areas of bid submission, bid security, and agreements to bond. Failure to comply with the current RFT requirements may result in the bid being declared non-compliant and disqualified. Bid document preview, bid opportunity, and award notices are available on the site free of charge, though some documents may require registration for download and participation. Bids must be submitted online and in English unless otherwise specified in the bid document.
